About Me
Helping You Feel Better in the Life You Actually Have
I'm a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner based in Wolverhampton, offering one-to-one consultations in person and online. My work is about making Ayurvedic principles genuinely useful for people navigating real, modern health challenges.
Important: Bodyveda provides complementary health consultations. This is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or medical team. Please consult a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns.
My Story
Why I Do This Work
For years, I struggled in silence. The demands of a corporate career, marriage, and motherhood had taken a quiet but serious toll on my health — digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, eczema, and a reliance on painkillers just to get through the day. I looked fine from the outside. Inside, I was running on empty.
Discovering Ayurveda changed everything. For the first time, I had a way of understanding what was actually happening in my body — not just managing symptoms, but getting to the root of them. The changes I made were not dramatic or overnight, but they were real, and they were lasting. I felt like myself again.
That experience is why I do this work. Many people are managing their health on long-term medication — and whilst that medication may be necessary, it often addresses the symptom rather than the cause. Ayurveda taught me that the mind, body, and soul are deeply connected, and that two people with the same condition may have arrived there for entirely different reasons. There is no one-size-fits-all. Your constitution, your environment, your lifestyle, your habits — all of it matters, and all of it informs your plan. That is the difference between managing your health and truly understanding it. And once you understand it, you can change it.

My Approach
Ayurveda for Real Life
Classical Ayurvedic wisdom, applied to the realities of modern living. My approach is practical, personalised, and always grounded in what is actually achievable for you.
The whole person, not just the symptom
Symptoms are signals. My assessments look at the full picture — your constitution, your lifestyle, your patterns of imbalance — to understand what is driving your health challenges, not just what they are.
Practical, sustainable change
Dramatic overhauls rarely stick. I focus on targeted, realistic adjustments that fit your actual life — changes you can maintain and build on over time.
Complementary to your GP
Ayurvedic consultation works alongside conventional medical care, not instead of it. I am always clear about what falls within my scope, and I encourage clients to keep their medical team informed.
Genuinely personalised
There are no standard protocols here. Every recommendation is built around your specific constitution, your specific concerns, and your specific circumstances.
